1. Introduction

Welcome to the 90-Day Soul Singer Bootcamp and associated programs (collectively referred to as the "Program"), offered by OneVoice Music Academy ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing and participating in the Program, you ("Participant," "you," or "your") agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use or access the Program.

3. Description of the Offer(s)

90-Day Soul Singer Bootcamp: A comprehensive vocal mastery program featuring systematic vocal training, group coaching sessions 2x per week, daily community access, and precision-based techniques that develop vocal autonomy.

Free Sing With Soul Masterclass: Introductory training showcasing Paul's systematic approach to vocal runs and soul singing techniques.

These programs are available through OneVoice Music Academy and are distributed via our secure online platforms including Skool and WhatsApp groups.

4. Eligibility and Participation

Open to all participants with internet access and a compatible device.

Participants under the age of 18 must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

5. Registration and Account Requirements

You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if the information provided is false, misleading, or violates our community guidelines.

6. Payment and Fees

Fees: Program prices are listed on the checkout page at the time of purchase.

Payment Methods: Accepted methods include credit/debit cards and other third-party payment processors.

Taxes: You are responsible for any applicable taxes arising from your purchase.

7. Refund and Anti-Chargeback Policy

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: You may request a refund within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date.

Refund eligibility is subject to the condition that you have completed no more than 25% of the Program.

Refunds will not be granted for any request submitted outside the 30-day window or for users who have exceeded 25% course progress.

8. Anti-Chargeback Clause

By purchasing the Program, you agree to the following:

You waive the right to submit a chargeback beyond the 30-day refund period.

The Company will dispute any chargeback attempts outside of the eligibility terms using this agreement, user progress data, and support records.

These Terms constitute your written consent to all policies stated herein.

9. Code of Conduct

You agree to engage respectfully and responsibly within the Program. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

Disruptive or abusive behavior in live sessions or community channels

Sharing, reselling, or redistributing Program materials

Attempting to reverse-engineer or copy proprietary Program features or content

10. Content and Intellectual Property

All Program content, including but not limited to videos, audio files, vocal exercises, coaching materials, and Paul's proprietary methods, is owned by OneVoice Music Academy and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access Program materials for personal, non-commercial use.

Unauthorized duplication, distribution, or resale will result in account termination and may lead to legal action.

11. Privacy and Data Usage

We collect and process personal data for the purpose of delivering the Program and improving your user experience. By participating in the Program, you agree to our use of data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

12. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

No Guarantees: While the Program offers proven vocal training methods, we do not guarantee specific results. Individual outcomes depend on numerous personal factors including practice consistency and vocal health.

Assumption of Risk: You assume full responsibility for any physical, vocal, or mental risks related to participation.

Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages resulting from use of the Program.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.

Any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Ontario Arbitration Act.

You waive the right to participate in any class-action proceedings.

14. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Participants will be notified of material changes via email or in the Program portal. Continued use of the Program constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Marketing and Communication

By enrolling, you agree to receive marketing emails and updates related to OneVoice Music Academy offerings. You may opt out at any time by clicking "Unsubscribe" in any email or replying "STOP" to SMS.
